How to Repair Computers

Is your computer is not running at the same speed as it was when you first bought it? I have been there too. Recently, my computer started taking its own sweet time to start, like it’s purposely doing it to test my patience. Luckily, I have found sure-fire tips on how to make my computer faster just like when it was new.

The guidelines are simple and I am more than happy to share the top three processes that solved my problem on how to make my computer faster with you.

1. Protect Your Computer from Viruses and Remove Spyware

This is one of the first tricks I have learned on how to make my computer faster. Spyware is vicious. It gathers personal data without asking for permission.

So it doesn’t only slow down your computer, it also puts your confidential and personal information at risk. Confidential information like your usernames and password by using things like key loggers, and your most visited websites.

There are several spyware removal tools that can help you with this process malwarebytes is one I’d recommend.

2. Clean Up Your Disk Space

The cleanup tool, in this case cleaner, looks for files that you can safely delete. You will get an option to delete all unnecessary files or just some of it.

Personally, I chose to delete all temporary internet files because they can take up a vast amount of space. Removing temporary internet files greatly helped to make my computer faster.

3. Make Accessing Data A Lot Faster

This is because as you store/delete and move files around your system the files are not put in the optimum location on the actual disk drive and as a result response time for this process can take significantly longer.

One of the steps I found on how to make my computer faster is to use a disk defragmenter. What it does is it moves fragmented files around on the physical disc into the optimum areas of the disc and by doing this the data can be quickly and easily obtained, this makes reading and writing to the faster as well.

There are also certain things you can do on a daily basis that will help keep your computer running faster. One is to always keep your registry clean.

The registry gets filled up with junk as you install and remove software so you need to refrain from doing that, obviously removing junk software is better than keeping it but try not to install to much in the first place.
