Here are good tips on how you can make your computer processes smoother. In most cases, having lots of background software and apps running causes lags and interruptions to your computer.
1. Disable “Interrupt Moderation”
– Go to “Control Panel” -> “Network and Sharing” -> “Change Adapter Settings”.
– Right click “Local Area Connection” -> click “Configure” -> “Advanced Tab”.
– Select “Interrupt Moderation” -> change the “value” to “Disabled”.
– Click “OK”.
2. Using Netlimiter Version 4
– Install first .NETFramework v4 or v4.5

Note: Disable first your antivirus before installing netlimiter or just ignore if your antivirus detect a suspiscious file (false alarm).
How to Register:
– Close or Exit first Netlimiter in your taskbar by right clicking the icon and choose exit. Or you can do this in task manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del, click the “Process” tab, look for “NLClientApp.exe” and click “End Process”.
– Copy the crack file “NetLimiter.Runtime.dll” inside the crack folder. Choose “Crack x64” if you are running 64bit Operating System and “Crack x86” for 32 bit.
– Paste it on your netlimiter installation folder. “C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiter 4”.
Setting up Netlimiter v4:
– Open netlimiter
– Go to “Tools” -> “Option” -> “General” -> check the “Run the client on system starup” box and click “Apply”.
– Go to “Tools” -> “Option” -> “Version Checker” uncheck the “Version Checker” and the “Notify about testing version” box. DO NOT UPGRADE..
Settings for Application and Games:
– Change the “Units” to “KB”.

For browsers (google chrome, mozilla firefox, etc.) download rate is 80kb – 100kb and 20kb – 30kb for upload.
For online games, set it all to “Highest Priority”. right click the game name, choose “Add Rule”, change the rule type to “Priority” and set the “Value” to 10 (Highest).
3. Autorun a Batch file to Ping Online Games.

– Create a Batch file (Ex: League of Legends) or you can download it here

– Open “Notepad”, type “ping lol.garena.ph -t” without quotes (“).
– Click “File” in the upper left part and choose “Save As”.
– Change the “Save as type” to “All files”.
– Name the file and add “.bat” as extension (Ex: LOL.bat, League of Legends.bat)..
– Click “Save”.
– Open HStartUI
– Click “Add”
– Browse the batch file that you created and click open.
– Click “Create Autostart Entry” and then “Run”.
This will make the Batch file to run automatically to ping League of Legends each time the computer starts. You can create more batch file for all your online games..
Other Tips:
– Disable automatic updates in your system and all your applications like antivirus, browsers, etc..
– Scan your system for viruses, adware, malware, trojans, etc.
– Upgrade your Internet Speed. Recommended for 5 to 10 pc is 5mbps, 11 to 20 pc is 10mbps and up, 21 or more pc use fiber connection or minimum of 50mbps..
– Use PFsense instead of Netlimiter. Much effective.
– Low specs units or pc’s affects the performance on your online games even if you have a high speed internet. Upgrade your system to what the game is recommended.
– Convert to “Diskless” Setup.
– Use Mikrotik router.
How to Block Websites (Win7):
– Open Notepad, run as “Administrator”.
– Click “File” -> “Open”
– Go to “My Computer” -> “Drive C:” (Where your Operating System is installed.) -> “Windows” -> “System32” -> “Drivers” -> “Etc” folder..
– Type “*.*” without quote (“) in the box and click “Enter”
– Select “Host” file.
– Add the website address that you want to block in the “Localhost name” list using this format (Ex: youtube and facebook)..
Type in “127.0.0.1” and replace “localhost” with the website address.
127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com
127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com
Click “File” and “Save”.
